“The ideal location with a view of the Leonidio windmills”
Located in the heart of Leonidio with imposing red rock formations overlooking the tsakonic town, the newly renovated stone building named “Englezenas Guesthouse” will be commencing guest rentals at a traditional local architectural creation with modern facilities.
The house’s name refers to the original owner Sofia Englezou, who went by the name Englezena which the locals called her. The stone structure was built in 1838 and has been completely restored with respect to the original design by the grand daughter who shares the same name of the previous owner, Sofia. The restoration follows the style of that period making it unique.
The stone home has two separate apartments fully furnished and equipped with all the necessary appliances with an ajoining large courtyard which will provide a pleasant leisure area for the guests of all ages. The courtyard compliments the apartments with a peaceful exterior area for summer months and mild winter relaxation. The ideal location with a view of the Leonidio windmills and the advantage of close proximity to the central square, literally a 5-minute walk.
